Wax, my other love. This ring was a Labour of love. Created for a client who was an absolute dream to work with! The salt and pepper diamond was 4cts!!!! A real whopper! Who ever says size doesn’t matter is lying. 😂😂😂

Sooo this week has been full on and all I have don

Sooo this week has been full on and all I have done is wax carve and homeschool. My island is clear of cake stuff and covered in jewellery making tools and wax. It will be like this probably until I have a cake in a few weeks and I start making my valentines and galentines day treat boxes! ( you can find these over at @plumbandrabbittscakestudio ).
It’s definitely hard to juggle everything but I am doing everything in chucks it’s not too bad.

This ring is one of a few I have made. Really forgot how much I love this process. I carve things from wax and have them cast into whatever metal I want them to be. I think I will make this in 18ct gold. The stone is gorgeous pale pink Rosecut Sapphire, 1.18cts worth. It’s large and sparkly and perfect!!!

My old hallmark was AAA inside a shield. But with my change of name it was time to update it I thought.
This is my first hallmarked piece in a decade. Ten years. It feels so crazy to say that out loud 👀😱. With my smallest in full time education (when this pandemic has gone!) I finally have the time to balance both careers. I am not sure how picking up my tools will go but I am definitely willing to give it a go!
This ring was a Labour of love, I am a real lover of gold. Anything with rich warm tones and I am there!
